The purpose of this session is to:-

Provide an awareness of types of challenging and distressed behaviours.
Consider possible causes for the behaviour.
Consider strategies for assessing challenging behaviour.
Consider ways to de-escalate, reduce or minimise harm caused by these behaviours.

All of our training is hands on theory and where applicable, Practical. Course price includers hand outs, certification and refreshments.
