As a Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant with First Needs, you can choose when you would like to work. You can choose to work days, nights, evenings or weekends. we can offer Healthcare Assistants placements in a choice of geographical locations and client settings. Additionally you can choose to work as little or as much as you want. With total control over your own hours, you can choose wether or not you want to work bank holidays, school holidays, Christmas or Easter.
